We are looking for a caring individual to work alongside the class teacher and other Teaching Assistant.

A suitable Early Years Qualification or prior experience working in a nursery or EYFS setting is desirable. Must be friendly and committed to working with children and other staff to gain pupil and school improvement.

The candidate will be expected to use their own initiative as well as work well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to meet the demands of the role are essential. A willingness to adapt activities to suit the needs of the children and a consistent approach to implementing the school's behaviour management strategies will also be part of this role.

The role will also involve lunchtime cover which will be paid at a Grade A. This post is school hours Monday to Friday and fixed term until 31/08/2025 - To help to assess any needs within this new cohort.
